Three Chimneys Farm is a swim/tennis community located in Cumming, Georgia.  The vibrant, family-oriented community is located in south Forsyth County near the cities of Alpharetta, Duluth, Suwanee, and Cumming.  A wide variety of shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and sports venues are readily accessible in Forsyth, Fulton, and Gwinnett counties.  Old Atlanta Road, Sharon Road, and State Route 141 offer quick access to Georgia 400, Georgia 20, and I-85 for easy commuting to the north and metro Atlanta areas.  Nearly five hundred homes range in price from the low 300s to the mid 500s.

A spacious, two-story clubhouse offers three separate climate-controlled meeting rooms that can host a variety of clubs and events.  The clubhouse and surrounding grass-covered hills provide the setting for community parties, Easter Egg hunts, and the annual Campout On The Hill.

Five lighted tennis courts offer family fun and league play, both day and night.  Three Chimneys Farm has active ALTA, USTA, T2, K-Swiss, and Peach programs featuring singles, mixed doubles, mens, womens, and youth tennis teams.
